The Technical College System of Georgia’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) administers WorkSource Georgia, the state’s federally funded workforce development system dedicated to connecting employers with skilled talent and helping Georgians achieve employment and career success.

WorkSource Georgia supports a wide range of workforce initiatives, including:

  • Career and Training Services for Job Seekers
  • Business Services for employers
  • Registered Apprenticeships
  • Foreign Labor Certification programs
  • Rapid Response services for workers affected by layoffs and business closures
  • WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) activities
  • Specialized services for veterans through the Jobs for Veterans State Grant (JVSG) program
